The SAVE EMA Chapter includes members located in Egypt, Tunisia, Lebanon, Jordan, Turkey, Iraq, Greece, Cyprus, Libya, Algeria, Angola, Botswana, Ghana, Kenya, Morocco, Nigeria, South Africa, Gabon, Namibia, Equatorial Guinea and Tanzania.

The objectives of the new SAVE EMA chapter are to:

  • Promote and accelerate the effectiveness and recognition of the practice of value engineering
  • Promote professionalism in the application of the value methodology
  • Introduce the value methodology to new countries
  • Promote education related to value methodology
  • Encourage research and original work in the application of the value methodology
  • Ease the certification and recertification registration and procedures
  • Provide additional services to SAVE members to increase the value of membership
  • Establish Local Member Communities (LMCs) for each country
  • Increase the number of SAVE members
  • Organize an annual conference to stay in touch with knowledge and applications related to value engineering
