This presentation will give us a better understanding about

  • The approach taken by Public Agencies to construction pricing
  • A Private Sector attitude to pricing
  • The disparity between public and private
  • How to bridge the pricing gulf

With over 30 years’ international infrastructure, P3 and economics consultancy experience, Steve’s expertise lies in economic appraisal and development strategies, financial appraisal, market analysis, public-private participation opportunities, and the appraisal of major infrastructure schemes. His alternative delivery expertise includes risk assessments and workshops, P3 transaction advice, Value for Money assessments, due diligence, and P3 procurement activities from the pre-solicitation stage through contract award – he has worked on several P3 deals, from design-build through full concessions, with an aggregate construction cost of almost $6 billion. Steve offers a deep understanding of the different attitudes to risk from both the public and private sides having served in advisory roles to government agencies, infrastructure investors and banks.
