Value Engineering will be celebrating its 70th anniversary in 2017, having been created at General Electric to drive function-inspired change. Join government senior accountable managers and value program managers in Washington, DC on Thursday, November 3, 2016 to discuss the development of VE programs in your agencies and how to apply VE to projects, activities, IT, and supplies and services contracts.
